We offer a variety of different medical services. These include:

Diabetes Clinic

Appointment letters will be sent to patients.

Respiratory Clinic

These are held at both sites with support from Nurse Jo, or HCA Carolyn.

Child immunisations (referral by Self; invitations sent by external clinic)

Attend: any standard nurse clinic

Extended Hours appointments (non-emergency appointments only: GP/nurse)

Minor Surgery Clinic – non cosmetic (following referral by GP)

these are generally held at Jersey Farm once or twice a month

Smoking Cessation Clinic (self referral)

Wednesday 2.30-4.30pm
Run by: Karen Horner
